HOW TO PLAY: Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on April 8, 2008 through 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2008 to find out if you are an instant winner of a First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Prize ("Instant Win Prize") log on to www.cloroxcleangetaway.com.  Follow the instructions provided and enter all required information to see if you are an instant winner.  If the message on the website reveals you are an instant winner, you win the Instant Win Prize that was revealed, subject to verification.  If you have won an Instant Win Prize instantly, you will be notified via e-mail as to how and when you will receive your prize.  You will be automatically entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize in the Grand Prize random drawing when you play the game online, regardless of whether you have won or not.  Game plays/sweepstakes entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2008.  See Rule #11 for random drawing details.  Only one play per person, per calendar day.  Only one sweepstakes entry per person, per calendar day.  Limit one Instant Win Prize per person, address and/or household.

ELIGIBILITY: The CDW "Make a Clean Getaway" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Territories and Possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of April 8, 2008 and have Internet access as of April 7, 2008.  Employees of The Clorox Company (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, any of their respective partners, prize suppliers (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") and any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to win.  This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for four (4) to the Galapagos.  Trip includes ten (10) days/ nine (9) nights accommodation for four (4) people, international and internal air fares from major U.S. airport, meals, entrance fees and tours, transfers and baggage handling and local experts.  Some restrictions may apply.  Trip must be taken by August 1, 2009 and is subject to hotel and flight availability.  The Trip is not available during the blackout period of [December 20, 2008 to January 5, 2009 and March 15, 2009 to March 30, 2009].  The ARV is up to $30,000.  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of the prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

5. INSTANT WIN SECOND PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS: Two (2) Second Prizes: A Family Bike Package.   Bike package includes one (1) men's bike, one (1) women's, one (1) 20" boys and one (1) 20" girls bike (ARV $1,300 per package).  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of the prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  Total ARV of all Second Prizes $2,600.  Odds of winning a Second Prize are 1:50,000.  Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded.

6. INSTANT WIN THIRD PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS: Ten (10) Third Prizes:  A one (1) year subscription to Netflix(r) three (3) DVDs at-a-time (no monthly limit) (ARV $254 per subscription).  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of the prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  Total ARV of all Third Prizes $2,540.  Odds of winning a Third Prize are 1:10,000.  Unclaimed Third Prizes will not be awarded.

7. INSTANT WIN FOURTH PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS: Ten (10) Fourth Prizes: A Camping Package.  Each camping package includes one (1) sport dome tent, four (4) sleeping bags and one (1) lantern (ARV $260 per package).  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of the prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  Total ARV of all Fourth Prizes $2,600.  Odds of winning a Fourth Prize are 1:10,000.  Unclaimed Fourth Prizes will not be awarded.

8. INSTANT WIN FIFTH PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS: Fifty (50) Fifth Prizes:  A one (1) Year Subscription to Travel and Leisure Magazine (ARV $23 per subscription).  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of the prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  Total ARV of all Fifth Prizes $1,150.  Odds of winning a Fifth Prize are 1:2,000.  Unclaimed Fifth Prizes will not be awarded.

9. INSTANT WIN SIXTH PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS: Two Hundred (200) Sixth Prizes:  A Clorox(r) Disinfecting Wipes (35 ct) product coupon (ARV up to $3.50 ea.).  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  Total ARV of all Sixth Prizes $700.  Odds of winning a Sixth Prize are 1:500.  Unclaimed Sixth Prizes will not be awarded.

10. VERIFICATION: All instant winners are subject to verification of eligibility.  All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded and, if due to an error of any kind, there are more prize messages revealed than the number of prizes offered, the total number of prizes listed shall be awarded via a random drawing from among all persons who receive winning messages.  In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.  Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

11. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 30, 2008, from among all eligible entries received.  The drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

12. RELEASES: The potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, except where prohibited, within 14 days of notification before prize is awarded.  If a potential Grand, First or Second Prize winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.  If a potential Third, Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Prize winner is not reachable at the address provided, and a forwarding address is not made available, or prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited.  All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release the Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property.  Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winners must consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures or other likenesses without compensation for Promotional purposes as determined by the Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Grand Prize winner and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary and must have valid travel documents (i.e., passport, photo ID) prior to departure.  Potential Grand Prize winner's travel companions (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) must execute a Release of Liability prior to departure.  A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize travel without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian who executed required document(s) on said minor's behalf.  Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply.  Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.  All travel must be completed by August 1, 2009 or the complete prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate will be selected.  Dates of departure and return are subject to change.
